1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing our website or using our services (Web Design, Visual Identity, and AI Design), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Revision Policy We strive for excellence in every project. For each design service, the client is entitled to a maximum of three (3) rounds of revisions at no additional cost:

  • Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the draft.

  • Any additional revisions beyond the initial three rounds will be subject to extra charges based on the project’s complexity.

3. No-Refund Policy Due to the nature of creative and digital services, which involve significant labor and customized resources:

  • All payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced or the design process has started.

  • By making a payment, the client acknowledges and accepts that creative services cannot be "returned."

4. Digital Products & Deliverables For digital products (such as templates, icons, or downloadable assets):

  • All sales of digital products are final.

  • Upon purchase, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the product. Reselling or redistributing our digital files is strictly prohibited.

  • We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party software not specified in the product description.

5. Intellectual Property Rights Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the final designs. However, Reflect retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and for promotional purposes, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

6. Client Responsibilities The client must provide clear briefs and feedback. Delays in response for more than 14 days may result in project suspension without a refund.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi courts..

1. Acceptance of Terms This agreement is between Reflect (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the Client. By accessing our website or using our services (Web Design, Visual Identity, and AI Design), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Revision Policy We strive for excellence in every project. For each design service provided by Reflect, the client is entitled to a maximum of three (3) rounds of revisions at no additional cost.

  • Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the draft.

  • Any additional revisions beyond the initial three rounds will be subject to extra charges.

3. No-Refund Policy Due to the nature of creative and digital services provided by Reflect:

  • All payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

  • By making a payment, the client acknowledges that creative labor and customized digital resources are consumed immediately.

4. Digital Products & Deliverables For digital products sold by Reflect:

  • All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted for downloadable content.

  • The client is granted a non-exclusive license for use. Reselling or redistributing our digital files is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property Rights Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the final designs. However, Reflect retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising with Reflect shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.


Limitation of Liability:

The Establishment's responsibility is limited to executing the agreed-upon technical and creative services. We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting companies, payment gateways, or AI platform updates). All third-party fees are the sole responsibility of the client.


Intellectual Property Rights:

Ownership of the final deliverables (Designs, Source Code, Brand Assets) is transferred to the client only upon full payment of the invoice. The Establishment reserves the right to display the completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
